As well as those taking part in our adventure activities, Killary Adventure Co. welcomes diverse groups of people who are looking for a base in Connemara from which to explore the area.

We welcome indivduals and groups such as families, divers and walkers coming to the centre for accommodation only. Our purpose-built centre is called K2 and we provide 4 and 6 bed dorms as well as a number of double/twin rooms. All rooms are ensuite with under floor heating and all bed linen, duvets & pillows are provided. All rates include continental breakfast.

K2 - The details..

The Killary Adventure Co. centre (K2) can accommodate up to 98 people.

We operate the centre where we have youths and schools in from Sunday - Friday and adults in for weekend programmes. We have specific dates where we have youths at weekends and during the summer months there is a mix of adults and children in the centre. In K2 the reception area, bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the ground floor while the large dining area and relaxation room/bar are upstairs accessed by a stairway. We do not have self catering facilities at Killary as we provide the meals for groups.

We have a drying room in the centre for wet-weather gear with extra male and female changing rooms also.

Exclusive use of the K2 centre

If you have a group that are interested in coming to the centre for a reuion, or family get-together and are interested in taking over the accommodation centre exclusively, please contact us and we can arrange a quote for you. A minimum booking of 50 people applies.
