Our extensive range of adventure activities and our specialist outdoor team challenges allow us to match the programme to your goals. Your group will be faced with a number of mentally and physically challenging problems where co-operation and good communication within the team will be essential and the strengths of individual team members will be revealed.

Our tasks and puzzles will require quick wits, ability to think outside the box, excellent communication and astute leadership to deliver the right solutions.

Barriers in communication tend to collapse when a team member is up to their waist in viscous mud and needs helping hands to dig them out. Workplace tensions take a backseat when reaching down to coax a nervous team member up to the next rung on the Jacobs Ladder!

But of course all this needs to be applied to the workplace and provide real solutions and benefits. This is where our experienced staff can facilitate your path to change and with constructive feedback and group discussion we will enable you to achieve results.
